When we arrived there was a strong musty smell, damp and mold on walls and ceilings, cracked walls and full of stains, dirty floor, and outside area not clean. Nothing like the photos online – completely misleading. When we reached out to the agency, Tesi Viaggi denied any problem, refused a refund, and only offered with a lot of restraint not suitable replacements. Only after Booking.com intervened the day after a suitable solution was offered. For a family on holiday this meant two days of vacation ruined. Still Tesi Viaggi demanded cash for linen and towels. No apology, no sense of responsibility, no extra care for a family on holiday. Poor property, poor service – avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this agency. I rented a house from them through Airbnb in Elba. The first "... Stay away from this agency. I rented a house from them through Airbnb in Elba. The first "Redinoce" €700 a night - I was there for a terrible week. A house in a dilapidated state. The rooms look like they haven't seen a renovation in decades. Only the living room and kitchen are ok. The area around the house is overgrown and not maintained by the gardener. With the current heatwave, the house is completely unsuitable for living during the holiday season - the lack of air conditioning makes you feel like in an oven. After 2 days of asking, they brought us fans (which don't do much). Extra charges for sheets and towels, deposit not in line with Airbnb regulations. Despite these bad experiences, I decided not to write a negative review on Airbnb for Antonella (housekeeper on Airbnb) - not wanting to tarnish her reputation. I have been renting houses on Airbnb for 11 years and 45 hosts have always rated me as the perfect guest - and after leaving their house, leaving the house tidy - Antonella - wrote me an Airbnb review saying I broke the house rules (probably because I didn't agree to pay the deposit - such fees are against Airbnb's terms and conditions). I also regret that I did not describe this situation on Airbnb, fortunately there are Google reviews, and other places where I will attach photos from this stay.

The agency expects fees that are not in line with Airbnb policy - a deposit that is not included in the house offer on Airbnb and additional fees that are not in line with Airbnb policy (they made me come to the office and pay extra money). The yard is in poor condition. Old broken sunbeds. A plot that looks like no one took care of it. Around 2 noisy holiday homes. One of the worst Airbnb experiences of my life.
